In order to ensure that all files selected for backup remain available for recovery, we offer 90-day retention on all files including deleted files. This means that if you or a staff member deletes a necessary file by accident, that file is recoverable for the next 90 days (if the file is selected to be backed up). 

Customization is available for the retention period should you require something different.

Also available is the option to keep a local copy at your office on a separate hard drive for speedy recovery.
